What we collect, and what we don't.
PublicationOS is operated by BLOS Media Network. This page covers this website only. It will be replaced with a fuller notice before the platform is commercially available.
What the form collects
When you send the early-interest form we record the name, organization, email address, number of titles, area of interest, and any message you enter, along with the time of submission, the page you sent it from, your browser's user-agent string, and a one-way hash of your IP address used only for rate limiting.
Why we hold it
To reply to you, and to plan who we approach for early access. That's the whole purpose. Under UK and EU data protection law our basis is legitimate interest in responding to a business enquiry you initiated.
What we don't do
- We don't sell, rent, or share your details with third parties.
- We don't add you to a marketing list without asking first.
- We don't run advertising trackers, analytics cookies, or session recording on this site.
Cookies
This site sets no cookies. Web fonts are served by Google Fonts, which receives your IP address as part of that request; if you'd rather avoid it, self-hosting the fonts removes the connection entirely.
How long we keep it
Enquiries are kept for up to 24 months from your last contact with us, then deleted. Rate-limiting records are discarded within an hour.
Your choices
Email partnerships@publicationos.com to see what we hold about you, correct it, or have it deleted. We'll action deletion requests within 30 days and confirm when it's done.
Changes
If this notice changes materially before launch, the date at the top of this page changes with it.
